Welcome to Aurenda Creative Studio ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We offer Website Design & Development, Virtual Assistant Services, Social Media Management, and Branding & Graphic Design. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each service will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.

3. Payment & Fees

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed-upon pricing and schedule.

  • A 5% deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion.

  • Timely approvals and feedback are required to avoid project delays.

5. Revisions & Changes

  • Design and development projects include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Any requested changes after project completion may be subject to additional costs.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain rights to their provided content.

  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

  • Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or redistribution of our designs and services is prohibited.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not typically offered once work has commenced. However, we may consider partial refunds at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Losses or damages resulting from third-party services (e.g., hosting providers).

  • Any website downtime or security issues once the project is handed over.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client breaches these terms, engages in unethical behavior, or fails to make payments.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Australian Laws and any disputes will be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
